Three evening top-class concerts

DR VokalEnsemblet & Peter Dijkstra
On Wednesday the 30th June at 20.00

Denmark’s Radio’s top ensemble visits the NKKF and gives a concert with the young rising star Peter Dijkstra.
DR VocalEnsemble consists of 18 singers and during the subsequent days it will be the basic ensemble in the conductors’ masterclass together with the Aarhus Vocal Group Concert Clemens.

Trio Mediaeval
On Thursday the 1st July at 20.00

Norwegian-Swedish trio who, over the last few years, have broken the sound barrier with their brilliant performance of both medieval and contemporary music.
The trio has earlier recorded 4 CDs on the highly profiled record label ECM and given numerous concerts all over the world. Will visit Denmark for the first time during the NKKF.

Kammerchor Stuttgart & Frieder Bernius
On Saturday the 3rd July at 20.00

Probably the best vocal ensemble in the world within the German Romantic repertoire. The Chamber Choir’s recor-dings of Mendelssohn’s complete choir works have been awarded an abundance of prizes.
Frieder Bernius has recorded close to 100 records and is considered one of the most brilliant choir conductors in the world.
